Golden Ghost Size:2 gal size 2-3 year old treeA unique Japanese Red Pine with similar alternating bands on the needles as Pinus densiflora 'Oculus Draconis', but golden in color. These band can be 1 or 2 on each needle offer a colorful contrast to the red buds and stems. This conifer is considered to be in the large category, growing 12" to 15" per year. A 10 year old specimen will be 10 15 ft tall and 10 12 ft wide. Hardy to zone 5.

As this selection grows slower than Pinus strobus 'Pendula' it can be used where space is limited
